Make sure to provide accurate details to help us locate and rescue the pet faster.

• Take note of time & location
• Describe the pet accurately
• Provide active contact info
• Include photos of the pet if available
• Mention any distinguishing marks or features
• Specify the pet’s temperament (friendly, shy, aggressive)
• Indicate if the pet is wearing a collar or tags
• Provide updates if the pet moves or is found
• Keep your phone/email accessible for our team
• Follow any instructions from the rescue team carefully
• If the shelter is at full capacity, we will coordinate and refer the pet to a partner shelter nearby
• If the pet is injured or sick, provide a brief description so we can prioritize medical care
• Avoid handling aggressive pets alone; wait for the rescue team if necessary
• Temporarily secure the pet in a safe location if possible while waiting for rescue
• Share the rescue post on social media to help locate the pet faster
• Be patient and stay calm; pets can sense stress and fear

Note: In case of high volume, our team will prioritize urgent cases and coordinate with partner shelters to ensure every rescued pet gets proper care. We may also provide guidance for temporary care until the pet can be transferred.
